• Go through the full description, do not book if you don't agree with the offering. Notice carefully the 1st activity at the beginning, please come prepared. 

• We start on the dot. Be on time, arrive 15 minutes in advance. It is just like flights and movies, we begin at the stated time.

• Our hosts do not wait, guests can not join late. Stories are in progress and do not "rewind." Hosts can not be late for next. Call in advance of a delay for assistance.

• If you do not see the street number, you are at a wrong place. We begin exactly at clearly marked street numbers, on the sidewalk by the curb, never inside.

• We do not search or wait for the lost. Use your GPS or call in advance for assistance.

• Minors under 18 are not allowed. Bring government-issued IDs with picture, they are required for security reasons.

• Pets of any kind are not allowed unless they cover the full requirements for service or support as stated in our FAQs.

• Food and drinks are not allowed inside venues, please do not bring any. We begin by entering a venue.
